The Floating Ecopolis or the Lilypad is a unique architectural phenomenon designed by architect Vincent Callebaut. With the rising sea levels occurring throughout the world, Callebaut has come up with the design of a floating city as a solution for people needing to get away from the extreme climatic conditions.
