Can anybody stop China? Certainly not and now China has received another feather in its throne of marvellous civil engineering sector. After building the Three Gorges Dam and the Beijing National Stadium, it has now revealed its latest project the Hangzhou Bay Bridge.

This amazing 35 kilometre long bridge connects Shanghai on one side with Ningbo on the other. It is now considered as the longest trans-oceanic bridge in the whole world. Now the journey between the two municipalities has been reduced by more than 120 kilometres. It will give you an amazing experience of driving over the ocean.

Though this bridge has already opened, but you have to wait another year just to have a proper look at the bridge. The service centre complex, which is located midway between the bridge is still under construction and a result right now the motorists have no option to stop on the bridge. The Chinese Government has decided to develop this complex into a small town. Shops, bars, hotels, multiplexes will be developed for entertaining the motorists and guests. It is a great engineering, indeed.
