FishResearchers have discovered that feeding children fish from a young age can drastically reduce the chance of eczema. Their studies have revealed that if you feed a baby fish within their first nine months, their chances of getting eczema are reduced by 24%.

Eczema affects one in five babies before they reach one year of age, and the numbers have been increasing in recent years. According to the Swedish study, it does not matter what kind of fish your baby gets fed, and it can be either oily or white fish. Research has also revealed that having a pet bird in the home will also decrease the chances of your child getting eczema.
