pd sex 070731 ms Cholesterol Reduces Sexual AppetiteAccording to research, 30% of the overweight people are unsatisfied with their sexual lives, urge and performances. Sexual problems are mostly related to other physical and mental problems. The high amount of cholesterol tends to reduce the sexual appetite. Excess weight can have a negative impact on your body.

The blood supply to the penis is reduced when there is excess fat in the arteries. Impotency occurs mostly when the blood vessels are jammed with fatty deposits. As a result of it, the sexual desires slowly fade away. Even women have same kind of problems too. Once the blood vessels get blocked with fatty deposits, the blood vessels connected to the clitoris get narrowed and as a result of it, the sexual urge slowly dies just like the case of men.

You have to keep the cholesterol level under control at any cost. If the blood circulates freely, you will have a better sex life. Eat healthy… Try exercising regularly along with cycling, yoga, walking etc. Exercises, which are designed to improve the circulation of blood, should be followed. If you are satisfied with your personal life, you will definitely have a bright professional life.
